RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each ChezSue Studio piece is handmade in limited batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange, under the conditions below.

Eligibility (change of mind)

You can request a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn and unwashed
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags/labels are still attached

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue either:

  • Store credit (as a digital gift card), or
  • An exchange for another item/colour (subject to availability)

Return shipping (change of mind)

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-returnable items

  • Made-to-order or customised items (unless faulty)
  • Sale items marked as Final Sale

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chezsuestudio@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant)
  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the situation and, in line with Australian Consumer Law, offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.


How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email chezsuestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition
  4. Once received and approved, we will issue your store credit or arrange your exchange
