These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit or purchase from ChezSue Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) via www.chezsuestore.com (the “Site”).

2) Using our Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Site’s security, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
3) Products (handmade items)
Our products are handmade. This means:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, size, or stitching can occur and are normal. - Product photos are a guide only; screens and lighting may affect colour appearance.
These natural variations are not considered faults.
4) Prices and payment
- All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. - Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already accepted. - Payment methods available are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the total amount, including shipping.
5) Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email.
6) Shipping and delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. - Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control. - You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Risk & title: Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once payment is received in full (unless required otherwise by law).
7) No change-of-mind returns
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including (but not limited to):
- Deciding you no longer want the item - Ordering the wrong colour/style - Finding the same item cheaper elsewhere - Not liking the look/feel after purchase - Minor handmade variations (as described in section 3)
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (Australian Consumer Law)
8.1 Consumer guarantees (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
8.2 If something is wrong with your order
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at chezsuestudio@gmail.com within a reasonable time and include:
- Your order number - A short description of the issue - Clear photos (and if relevant, packaging photos)
We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with ACL. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
8.3 What is not considered a fault
The following are not considered faults:
- Normal wear and tear - Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions - Colour differences due to lighting/screen settings - Minor handmade variations described in section 3
9) Care instructions
Please follow care instructions provided on the product page and/or with your item. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, misuse, or unreasonable handling.
10) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including designs, photos, text, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or use our content without written permission.
11) User content (reviews, comments)
If you post reviews or content, you confirm it is accurate and not unlawful or misleading. You grant us the right to use it for marketing and operational purposes (unless you request removal where reasonably possible).
12) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer).
13) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Site with a new effective date.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
