We currently ship within Australia only via Australia Post.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping options
All orders are shipped with Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping — FREE
• Express Shipping — $12 flat fee

Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ChezSue Studio is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost or delayed parcels
Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
