Are your bags ready to ship?

Some pieces are ready to ship, while others may be custom made or made to order. Each product page will clearly say if the item is ready to ship or custom made.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, custom orders may be available depending on materials, colours and current workload. If you have a specific colour or style in mind, please get in touch before placing your order.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Not always. Chezsue Studio works in limited drops, so some pieces may not be restocked once sold out. If a colour or style is very popular, it may return in a future drop.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship items are usually packed and sent as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on Australia Post and your location within Australia.
